Made from 50 year old vines, a pronounced bouquet of red fruit compote, raspberry, cherry with a touch of roasting. Powerful with lovely ripe fruit on the palate, mild spice, mellow texture and great balance and length. Aged for 12 months in 500 litre casks. Can keep 10 years Grape: Cabernet Franc Organic wine
