Intense straw yellow colour with light green reflections. This Sauvignon has a characteristic bouquet with notes of pepper, fruit, tomato leaves and white peaches. Good minerality, well-balanced and long-lasting taste. Particularly good with seafood, spicy chicken, or mushroom risotto either as a young wine or even when aged a few years in the bottle.
