Product Details
Soft pressed Chardonnay whose temperature controlled fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks for about 10 days plus a resting on the fine lees throughout the winter until bottling in spring. The result is a wine with fragrant notes of apple and banana, acacia flowers and slight toast, with a rich structure and pronounced mineral vein and a long persistence. Perfect as an aperitif or with seafood, veggie pasta and risotto, poultry and baked fish. This wine will refine further in the bottle for 3-5 years if stored correctly.
