Description A popular drink in the XIX century. Most bohemians of that time were consuming it and it played an important role in the lives and work of artists such as Vincent Van Gogh or Toulouse Lautrec. A substantial part of the wildof those days is attributed to Absinthe. Traditional way to prepare and drink Absinthe-1. Pour one shot of Absinthe into a glass. Place a sugar cube onto a spoon. Place spoon over the glass. Drip 6-8 parts iced water through the sugar cube. Stir mixture in glass. The cloudy effect is known as the louche. Drink is ready to consumme. Also use Absinthe in cocktails, mix with Soda Lemon or Cafe Frappe.
