Also use Absinthe in cocktails, mix with Soda Lemon or Cafe Frappe. Turquoise blue colour. Bright. It presents yellowish iridescences. It forms the famous louche (milky appearance) when diluted with water or ice. Intense and penetrating aroma where natural herbs such as Artemis Absinthium (Wormwood) and badian anise stand out.
